Before trying Air360: We basically tried most of behavioral analytics platforms on the market. That includes Mixpanel, Amplitude Analytics along with a few others.
While all these platforms allowed us to finally understand how our users were using our product, our team was also suffering with the time we had to spend on it to make these analytics solution work for us.
As a startup, we need to execute fast and it’s difficult to predict which data will be useful or not in the future.
