New

MFA update 🔐 2FA is no longer mandatory, but you will receive a reminder to enable it when you log in. You can still use apps like Authy, Microsoft Authenticator, or Duo for two-factor authentication. Additionally, we've added support for email OTP for users who want an extra layer of security without using a third-party 2FA app.

IP addresses updates 🛠️ The IP addresses of our Session Replay servers have been updated. Previously, we used the IP addresses 54.229.241.188 and 54.246.39.166 to download CSS from your website for session replays. We have now upgraded our systems with the following new IPs:

  • 34.243.65.244
  • 46.51.131.14
  • 52.212.130.157

This change is part of a major upgrade on our side, and these new IPs should remain stable moving forward. If you are not filtering IP addresses on your website, no action is required on your part.

Improvement

Ability to Filter Session Replays by Purchasing Behavior

You can now filter session replays based on whether a visitor made a purchase or not. This was also possible before using a user segment. It is now possible to it directly as a filter without relying on a user segment.

Corporate Link Scanning Software

We've added a mechanism to prevent corporate link scanning software from opening emails containing links. Some of our customers experienced issues with expired links when inviting new users or trying to change passwords. This update addresses that problem.

Device Type

You can now directly select the device type when creating segments and events or when filtering Session Replays or Users (in the Users view) Previously, you had to specify the operating system (e.g., iOS and Android for mobile), which was not very user-friendly. Now, you can simply use mobile or non-mobile as platform options.

Improvement

Live Progress Updates in Chrome Plugin

The Chrome Plugin now displays a progress indicator while loading data. Previously, it only showed a regular loader without indicating progress. This new feature is particularly useful for pages with heavy traffic, where data analysis can take some time. The progress indicator provides users with real-time updates, making the wait more manageable.

Note: This feature may not function behind certain corporate firewalls that block live updates from websites.

Fix

Minor bugfixes in Chrome Plugin.

  • Fixed a loading issue that could happen when switching to mobile view

New

New Chrome Extension released 👇

Security Enhancement: The Chrome Extension now features enhanced security with its own dedicated authentication system, ensuring a more secure and reliable experience.

Improved on-page analytics experience: Improved ability to adjust the definition of the element when using the zoning. You can now adjust the definition used when analyzing a given HTML element directly on the page.

🎉 Autosave 🎉: This has been a highly requested feature that will save you a significant amount of time. Until now, any page analyzed with Air360 Chrome Extension would lose the selected zones once the extension was closed, resulting in a considerable loss of time. Now, the extension automatically saves all your zoning on a given page. It also preserves any updates you have made to how certain HTML elements should be analyzed (with text, without text, etc.).

How to benefit from this feature?

There is nothing for you to do; the autosave functionality works seamlessly in the background, automatically saving your settings and progress for you.
