We rebuilt Air360 to give you answers.
Flo, Founder on
When we founded Air360 in 2016, our mission was simple: build a tool that would clearly explain what drives and hurts conversions, in the most efficient way possible.
Our autotracking technology eliminated the need for tedious manual tagging, saving countless companies enormous amounts of time. It also removed the fear of tracking the wrong data and mistakes. Air360 is a very forgiving tool, nothing is ever set in stone, and everything can be modified at any time and applied retroactively. We like to think of Air360 as a time machine: go back, fix an event definition, and everything updates instantly. That alone has saved our customers countless hours of painful, repetitive work.
However, when it came to turning that collected data into clear, actionable answers, we knew we weren’t quite there yet. Many customers loved the power and flexibility of Air360, but that power came with added complexity. A common feedback we heard was a lack of time, people, and expertise to dig into what was actually going on. Getting actionable answers about what was driving or hurting conversions required far too many clicks.
Back to the Drawing Board
In early 2025, after gathering feedback from nearly every customer, we decided it was time to rethink how Air360 delivers answers.
We set out with a clear set of objectives:
- Cut the time spent in Air360 in half for 80% of our core use cases: page and conversion funnel improvements.
- Serve both power users and non-experts, a significant portion of our customer base, with an experience that adapts to their level.
- Prioritize insights: the question we heard most was “What should I focus on today for maximum impact?”
- Enable team collaboration: CRO is a team sport, and Air360 should reflect that.
- Make monitoring a first-class feature: it’s great to improve things, but our customers also need confidence that nothing broke after their latest release.
- Explore AI meaningfully: not just another “chat with your data” feature, but something genuinely useful in our space.
Over the past 14 months, we rebuilt the Air360 UI from the ground up, with continuous input from both customers and prospects who hadn’t yet chosen us. We’re still on this journey, building a tool that people genuinely enjoy using and that gets out of the way when they need answers fast. While others in our space race toward feature-rich platforms, our goal is to distill the tool down to the very essence of the job to be done. Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication.
So what’s new?
LLM Integration It’s 2026, and by now most of us have experienced firsthand how much time AI can save. But the rush to integrate LLMs has led to many tools feeling bolted-on rather than truly useful. At Air360, we took a different approach. We focused on where LLMs genuinely shine: making sense of large volumes of text and data quickly. Air360 uses AI to surface what actually matters, summarizing, prioritizing, and drawing your attention to the signals worth acting on. Think of it as a sharp, tireless assistant. One that occasionally gets things wrong, just like the rest of us, but saves you hours in the process!
Self-Onboarding We want every company in the world to have a website converting at its full potential, and that starts with removing every excuse not to get started. Air360 can now be up and running in minutes, with nothing more than a few clicks. We completely redesigned the onboarding experience to be faster and easier than ever.
Funnel Improvement Funnels have always been central to Air360, any website can be thought of as one. But we watched our customers do far too much manual work when optimizing their conversion funnels. We took years of accumulated know-how and turned it into an automated, done-for-you analysis: a comprehensive set of calculations and best-practice checks that run automatically. The result is a clear, easy-to-read digest of measurable improvements, prioritized so you can work toward the best possible conversion rate.
Page Improvement Page analysis was previously available through our on-page analytics, but it required significant time and effort to navigate. We’re keeping that feature for power users, while adding a new automated page analysis tool built for busy teams. It analyzes your pages in depth, highlights what needs improvement, and ranks findings by impact and priority.
Feedback Collection Air360 now lets you collect feedback directly from your users. We always knew this was a feature we had to build, it’s a powerful source of insight. A new native popup can be triggered by various behavioral signals, such as when a user appears to be experiencing frustration or is about to leave without completing their goal. Each piece of feedback is automatically linked to the corresponding user session and session replay, so you can pinpoint exactly what went wrong and share it with your team.
Monitoring Every website release carries the risk of introducing a silent bug, one that can go undetected for weeks or even months. We’ve heard plenty of stories from customers: a checkout bug on Chrome mobile, a button that stopped working on Safari, a promo code field that broke and sent ready-to-buy customers away empty-handed. Air360 now monitors user experience, conversions, issues, and performance on a daily basis, so you always know your site is working as it should.
So where do we go from here?
If you’re discovering Air360 for the first time Welcome! Air360 is a UX and CRO platform built around a simple conviction: you shouldn’t have to spend countless hours or an outsized budget on complicated tools just to get clear, actionable answers. You can now get performance monitoring with optimization tools in one place, so the full loop from spotting a problem to fixing it happens without switching tools, losing context, or killing momentum between insight and action. If you’ve ever opened an analytics dashboard, stared at a wall of data, and thought “the answer is in here somewhere, I just don’t have time to find it”, Air360 was built for you. We’d love to show you what it looks like in practice.
It feels like we’re getting started (again!), and we can’t wait to have you on this journey with us.
